MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
PROTOCOLS
On this page you will find some of the molecular biology protocols I (used to) use in the lab. All of these protocols, have been tested, and re-tested (or shall I say used, and re-used). Molecular biology can be tricky, and some people clam that there is a dose of wichcraft involved. I really think that if you are concentrated, carefull and follow "good laboratory practices" molecular biology can be very efficient tool, rather than very efficient "drive-you-to-tears" thing. Happy experimenting...
